House Cleaning
Received complaints from renters at our property on the cleanliness of the house and spoke (calmly) to Rose, the owner about it. She blamed the previous week's renters for 'making a mess'. The purpose of a housekeeping service is to clean homes, is it not? The job is not done if the house is not clean. I saw myself crumbs left on the counter, fuzz and dirt on the carpets...this can only mean that these things were wiped or vacuumed, though Rose says they were (How is this even possible? Dirt doesn't appear on its own after a 'cleaning' if no people have been in the house). Rose quit at the last minute and left us in quite a bind with new renters coming the following week and us having to find a new cleaning service in a very short period of time. Extremely unprofessional in many ways, would never hire again.
