Smooth process. On time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. No mess at all. System works perfectly - cooling and heating. Best price. The company advised about generous rebates and took care of paper work. Highly recommend.

This system leaked one month after installation. The installer had spliced and water drain line with electrical tape. Six months later the fan will not run and Luke says he has no obligation to fix it. I left ten messages and 4 text messages and didn't hear from him until I posted a negative review on facebook. He said any dealer can fix it. The only problem is that no other dealers will touch his work because they don't want to be connected to his inferior work. He is known in the industry as a " hack "

"This is completely not true and I have all the text messages and messages to prove it. This customer has threatened us on numerous occasions when he called us, so we told him that he needs to contact another contractor because we do not work with customers who make threats to us and I have the messages to prove it. Please just take a look at all of our reviews and make your own judgment. This customer has had his system fully operational for almost 2 years now and he’s attempting to make it seem like it’s a brand new install. He needs to make his threats to another contractor and work with another contractor on any future repairs to his system. This customer has been harassing us emailing us messaging us constantly every day. I have now had to contact my attorney and file a lawsuit against him. This customer has also never once maintained his system so more than likely that’s the reason why it’s not working, which is what happens when you do not maintain your system annually. Not to mention that we are in the middle of a Covid 19 virus pandemic and this customer seems to think its ok to make threats to local businesses. He’s also a local business owner with his own company, so he’s attempting to bash mine because his business isn’t really working out for him during these tough times."

A&L did a nice job from start to finish. The contract process was easy through an online electronic process. The installers showed up on time and completed the project as scheduled. The installers were very knowledgable and personable, providing a walk through of the system when finished. The company also took care of submitting the online rebate through Mass Save, which was a nice help at the end of the project. The Mitsubishi hyper heat ductless systems are awesome and will make our sunroom much more comfortable to enjoy throughout the year. Thank you A&L for a job well done!

Luke explained the scope of work that was required and completed the proposal. The A&L technicians who did the installation worked diligently and were professional in every way. We are very happy with the units they installed and the pricing was very fair. We are planning on using A&L to install a new boiler and hot water heater later this summer. I would highly recommend them.

Luke, the owner, is very professional and responsive to the customer's needs. The work was done efficiently. There was a problem where the motor stopped running, however, it was a product defect so the replacement was made at no cost. Alec was also very professional and efficient in submitting a MassSave rebate for me. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them with confidence.

Estimate process, quote and installation went very well. Luke was terrific and very responsive and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Plus, his team handled my MASSave rebate application and I didn't have to lift a finger. Overall, I'm thrilled with A&L and would absolutely recommend them.

Excellent, a proposal was prompting secured and was the most competitives. All phone calls, text messages and emails were promptly responded to. They assisted in securing a MA Save heating loan and rebate again promptly and professionally. This is the second time we used A&L and they were were excellent

Luke, Alec and their team did not outstanding job for us, from bid to installation, to submission of rebate applications and registration of warranties for our new HVAC system. They were very prompt and helpful, especially given that we are off Cape during the winter and so had to manage and communicate by text and email. They were very professional, had the best price, and did everything when they said they would, the week before Christmas no less. They left the house clean and tidy, and did a terrific job. They also handled the rebate applications and warranty registrations for us, which was a really value add. I would hire them again and recommend them highly. The new system is a huge improvement, we are very pleased with how the project went, and we are delighted that we will be getting MASSSAVE early retirement rebates and other rebates for the new, more efficient heating and cooling systems.

There was a little bit of complication in wiring the outdoor unit to the panel but the crew worked diligently to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. The company even took care of filling all the rebates and warranty on my behalf. Outstanding service!

The visit to estimate the work and sign the contract was seamless. They did a good job on the work itself, but had to come back 4 times because of miscommunication between themselves (once they forgot the AC unit). They seemed a bit disorganized, I contacted Luke a few times as the work went on and things started to drag and he could not remember who I was or what was included in the contract, which based on the fact his team was here was a bit puzzling. That said I found the workers very knowledgeable and agreeable to my requests and after that they helped me with the rebate process.

We contracted with A&L in early June 2018 and applied for a Mass Save Loan which took till the middle of June to get checks issued for the work. After a one week slip in the first expected start date A&L arrived on Monday July 2nd as promised to begin the Installation. We had wall units hung in 5 seperate rooms of our Cape style house split between 2 outdoor condensers. Mark, the A&L technician, who worked the job from start to finish was outstanding. It was a hot and humid week but Mark put in full days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only taking Wednesday July 4th off. Mark got one condenser with 3 wall units up and running by end of day Thursday and the other condenser with 2 wall units humming on Friday. The guy was working alone till Thursday when his assistant Chris arrived and definitely helped speed the finish of the installation. So far we love the way the Ductless AC is performing and very satisfied with our selection of A&L to do the work. Luke who I dealt with on the contract and scheduling was very responsive , helpful with the loan process and kept me informed on their scheduling of my work.

A & L recently installed a Mitsubishi a split type ductless air conditioner in my home in West Dennis, MA. Every aspect of the job was timely and professional. From a determination of my needs, to the installation and finally the rebate process everything went just right. I contacted A & L and the President Luke promptly visited and recommended a Mitsubishi mini split unit for my home in Wellfleet. Once ordered, within a week or so their mechanic Walter installed the unit. He was professional and extremely helpful in setting up the unit and explaining its operation. Once installed Alec from A & L handled all the paperwork necessary for the Mass Save/CEC rebates and warranty registration. The Mitsubishi unit is great and given the weather this spring we have used it to provide heat, a/c and dehumidifying and have been extremely satisfied with both the product and the prompt and professional service from A & L.

It went very well. Their Price was Great !!! NO FANCY SALES PERSON. Luke one of the owners did the quote. The job was completed in the time they said it would be. They are very busy. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, they always got back to me. I was Nervous a few times because it took a little bit, but they Never ever left me hanging. The installers had years of experience. They were Fantastic at their jobs. I recommend you always put your full information down on any form of communication, Full name and address, Quote number, phone number, this makes it a lot easier for both parties. Having Two sons with AUTISM they listen to me about windows and doors being opened and closed ten times more then a regular house. I wanted to make sure both units could handle the change of air flow. They both are working very well. They listened well and always answered my questions and concerns I had with them in the house with my sons having Autism. They were very understanding. Alec one of the owners helped me with the rebates. These Guy are VERY VERY GOOD!!! Do not be scared of the lower price. Both owners very easy to talk to.
