Excellent work and highly professional whether the job is large or small. They are my go-to plumber /heater contractor in this area.

I was having problems with my gas water heater. It was leaking which caused it to rust very badly. I tried to live with it as long as I could but one day after going into the basement and finding a large puddle on the floor I knew that I couldn't wait any longer. I just so happened to have the furnace, (in my two family home) repaired but unfortunately the repair man did not repair gas water heaters. I decided that I was going to use my membership to Angies List to find a plumber that I knew would be good. The first company I found was BEC Plumbing, which happened to be in my town, litteraly down the street. I called them on a Tuesday. The gentlemen I spoke to, (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was very attentive, and told me that he was at lunch but could be at my house in ten minutes. My mother lives with me so I called her to let her know that he would be coming by and to let him in the basement. Not an hour later he called me back with an estitmate, which I was a little nervous to hear at first but was happy with it. once I knew how much it was He told me that a technician could be at my house on Wednesday, the next day, and that I would have hot water by that night. I was thrilled because I hadn't had hot water for a few days. The technician came when he was expected, and was still there when I came home for lunch, which was good because I was able to ask him some questions, which he answered for me. I appreciate the help that I recieved and also the prompt attention that I received. I would recommend BEC Plumbing to anyone that needed a plumber and will definetly call them in the future if I have any other problems.

Came the first day and did temporary repair. Came back next week (two-man job) and did job neatly. They were timely and trustworthy to the ultimate.

I intially called 4 local contractors to bid the job. I had to schedule folks when I was back here so BEC was the most accomodating. They got me their bid quickly, reviewed it with me, and answered all my questions. Their price was extremely competative as well. They handled all the permits and local reg's, explained my new system thoroughly and followed up well after to make sure all was wwll. Since I was not present when they did all their work, they left the place so clean and neat that it was like the furnace fairies had visited!.

They do a good job and I would recommend them to anyone. My nephew recommended them to us.

We already have told our friends and family member about them. Their prices for labour are good.
