I came home from work and thought someone spilled coke on the floors.  They were so sticky, I never thought anything could be so bad.  I took a wipe and wiped the floor to see what was on it and the wipe came up black.  The couch covers were put on backwards, and not tucked in, it looked like a child had tried to put them on.  My kitchen counters were straightened out, the one thing I didn't care about, but every floor was a dirty sticky mess.  I called the women and she said " well what do you want me to do, I was there for five hours".  That was not true.  I asked her what she cleaned the floors with, and she just kept saying they were scrubbed, but would not say with what.  She was very angry with me, and said it wasn't her fault, It was her fault, she was a professional cleaner and left me a big sticky mess throughout the entire house.  The bathroom was not touched, the bottom of the toilet was as I left it in the morning, and the bathroom sink and kitchen sink were the same.  It was cleaner when I left for work than it was now.  The woman said she could come back in 2 weeks, but she didn't know what she would be different....I declined, as I now had hours of cleaning to do to clean up her mess.  I asked her to refund me half of the money, but she refused, and now refuses to answer my calls.  
In hind site, when she and her coworker showed up a half hour late reeking of cigarette smoke, I should have know it would be a disaster.  I also think the "green clean" is they use water...just water.
I did this because my disabled child has a broken foot, and NEEDED HELP...this is what I got.  I would never use this person, and neither should you.
