I made the mistake of not babysitting the final move after they had 90% of my things in storage but the office manager Robin was reprehensible.
Although we had gone over everything to be moved they left behind my grandparent's crystal candles which are not only worth a lot of money but are of great sentimental value to me.
Not only did Robin not respond to my initial emails regarding them, I had to find out from a friend that they had left them behind. She informed me, and in a terrible rude manner that I had to get them myself.
Really Robin? Really?
I would never speak with her ever again and would never ever recommend her . Her customer service and comments were outrageous and inappropriate.
Worst customer service ever.
