Excellent! The car looks perfect. They also washed the car inside and out, and touched up a small rust spot on the door that we hadn't even discussed. They obviously took pride in making the car look as good as possible. Also, everyone in the shop was friendly and courteous. The price was the best of three places that I took the car for quotes.

They were so easy to work with and they do everything for you. They are amazing people.

Last month my vehicle had been in an accident while my partner had been driving it. Looking at the damage to the front passenger's side my thought was that it would be a quick repair, and I would be back to driving my wonderful 2002 Honda Civic w/ Less Than 34,000 miles on it! I spoke to my insurance company within hours of the accident and headed down to pick up a rental car right away. While speaking with my insurance company the informed me that I had 4 choices of Collision repair locations to choose from, if I wanted to maximize the services the offered by my going to one of "Their preferred shop's". Having No clue where to have it towed, I was given a recommendation by Don from the rental company to take it to his friend Jim at Balise, however they were completely full due to the recent tornado damage to so many vehicles. Jim however, much to my surprise made a recommendation that I take my vehicle Andre at Western Mass Collision, that they are a "Top Notch" Group! He even told me that he had worked for this company for many years prior to making the change to Balise. Ron from the Rental Company Agreed with Jim, both who said I could not go wrong with Western Mass Collision. Feeling like they are all "in it together" I skeptically had my vehicle towed to W.Mass Collision Center. This was the best thing I could have done! From the first phone call that I made to Nancy in the office, I had never thought for a minute that a company could be so compassionate and understanding about what I had just gone through! It was about a week later when I stopped by at about 4:45 on Friday to check on the status of my Civic, Andrea delivered the worst news possible! While the Insurance company had not contact me yet, he was letting me know that the damage was just to extensive and had entered the cabin. Speaking Man to Man, I could not have been more impressed with how understanding he was, and further supportive. (remember I was under the belief, I would be picking it up soon!) What transpired over the next half hour between Nancy, Andre and myself was not something I would have ever expected from a collision center that was doing nothing more than storing my mangled twist of metal. This company went well above the call of duty to make sure that I left there that day with a clear understanding and an education of what I had to do on my end. Since leaving that day I have had countless phone conversations with Nancy from the office and each time, I genuinely felt when I hung up the phone, that they were looking out for my best interest! This was nothing I ever though I would receive from a company that never had to do anything to my vehicle! I can only imagine how things would have gone had they been able to fix my car!

They did an incredible job. I couldn't believe it. The place was immaculate. As soon as you walk in the door, Nancy was really sweet and Andre came out to give me an estimate. The estimate came in much lower than another big name auto shop. It was ready when they said it would be ready. I'm really careful about where I take my car and I'd go back in a heartbeat. My husband has a black Mercedes as well, and he's bringing his in next week.
