 + -1 moreHad a blast returning to Verizon and buying the new iPhone5s. I had used Verizon for many years before; was with them when they were Bell Atlantic. I was welcomed by a cheerful and energetic sales person and asked about the new iPhone. She emphatically stated that they did have them, but only in black. Exactly what I wanted. She said I was next in line and within 30 seconds I was back with Verizon buying a new phone. I have always had exceptional service with this carrier and was excited to be back. The entire exchange of phones took 20 minutes. The sales person was wonderful: knowledgeable, fun, and very customer focused. I was back to work within less than an hour and the proud owner of a new iPhone5s. Thank you for the fun and professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
