They are the best!  I have never seen such high quality work.  We looked at large jobs they had done in other houses and were convinced that they did great work.  They exceeded every expectation!!  Extremely knowledgeable about their craft, and they see it as a craft.  Were able to do some difficult and intricate installations so that they came out perfectly.
Very hard working.  Always showed up when scheduled and often worked into the night if necessary to finish a part of the job.  Gave very good suggestions as to how to tile unusual spaces.  
Very pleasant to deal with.  Patient and understanding when there were problems with materials we ordered--they pointed out that tile for one room was from two different lots and that the colors were slightly different.  Good catch.  
No problem in getting them back after the job was done to touch up a very small area. 
Honest and ethical.
I would use them again without a moment's hesitation.

I am doing a stairway project.  I took all the carpet off the stairs, and I wanted to get the stairs finished, stained, and all that stuff.  They were prompt, and they came out when they said they would to give me an estimate.  The guy came out and had it scheduled within the week, but then that was it.  I then never heard from them again.  They didn’t show up, and there were no calls.  I will not use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. Their work is very good. We would highly recommend them and continue to use them.

Logisitically, it was nerve-wracking. Sergey was supposed to coordinate the floor refinishing with the painter - who was excellent. I got all kinds of assurances that this and that would be taken care of. Come to find out that he went on vacation during the floor refinishing, and left in charge a guy who I did not talk with at all, and had no idea of the timetable. Lots of back and forth about when the first, second, third coat would go on. The crew that showed up tried to finish the job early but would not give a chance for the painter to finish his trim work.

During the sanding process they left noticeable sander handle scuff marks on the walls of the stairs - the freshly painted stair walls. No one owned up to it. The carpet guy showed up and after two hours had to leave 'for an appointment', promising to return at 9 pm that evening. 11PM no carpet guy (the house was unoccupied during the work). Come back later and see them working at midnight.

The removed my sink and toilet in the half bath to do that part of the floor. When they reinstalled the sink, there was a leak from the base that they eventually fixed but it took three phone calls and three days for someone to come back. The sink was reinstalled with a thick, very noticeable bead of silicone between the wall and sink back, with some paint removed from the wall around the sink.

There were sharp tack nails left sticking up at the edge of the carpet. Easily fixed, but for the amount of money I paid to have this all done, it should have been smooth and without the scheduling headaches and constant phone calls I had to make in order to get everything done.

At the end, the invoice that was sent to me did not include the initial deposit sent to him. Had to contact him to change that - no apology for that or anything other problems encountered. He has a slick website, and to be fair - a pretty nice guy, but unless he's on-site and controlling things, the job will go astray. Will not use again.
