Perfect Sound

Six months later I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Perfect Sound.  I have called them a couple of times for information on my equipment and they have always been most helpful.  Highly recommended.

We called perfect sound on June 6, 2013 and arranged for
Dan Crouss to come to our home and provide and estimate to move an existing system from table top to wall installation. He arrived in the AM on June 17, 2013 looked over the work and provided a quote to move the components. I asked for information regarding a home theater system at this time and I then made arrangements for a private viewing of the SONOS system he provides. I had never heard of Sonos before, but had a Bose home theater that I was disappointed with. After viewing the Sonos system I decided to purchase a basic sound bar only it due to the expandability. I was apprehensive about how it would sound in my environment vs the ideal set up Dan had in their store. I made arrangements for the install to occur on June 12, 2013.
The installation personnel, 2 young men, arrived in a timely fashion and did a supurb job of mounting the Plasma TV on the wall and running the wires hidden in the walls from the TV, Sonos Sound Bar, DVD player, and Comcast.cable box. The Sonos system is completely wireless and can be run from a computer desk top, tablet, smart phone and the installation people even configured my existing remote to work all components. I am now in the 21st Century with this system. I can add other components to the Home Theater in less than 1 minute set up time. Capabilities are endless for the near future.
The installation people also co-ordinated the software update with Comcast for me. I was in full operation when they left. The install was professional and just what I had expected. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

I­­­­­ like the job that they did and it is fabulous. They were great and I have stopped by their office once or twice to get a little advice and they were super when I walked in. They gave me good recommendations on what to install and they did a good job. I was very pleased with them. I have a fancy system with a universal remote that I don't have to point at the receiver which is behind me. Often we need t­o have direct line of vision to make the remote work and they gave me a remote that works on radio wave, it works no matter which way you point the remote. I think it is called radio frequency. Everything is super and works solid. They connected everything so it works beautifully. The price was fair.
