Quality of work was good and was done on time. Parts were marked up 30 % above RETAIL. That is a really high mark up for parts in my opinion. I had a hard time getting a quote from them. Took several e-mails to sort it out. Told me I had a bent control arm on my front end. I had another mechanic look at it and they told me there was nothing wrong with the front end.

.Fine . Last year Mike saved me $6,000.00 Balise Hyundai said I need a new engine. Mike fixed with engine flush.

My 2002 Honda CRV was making a loud rubbing noise and vibration when braking. I had taken it to the local Honda dealer (Balise) in the fall and they couldn't help me- told me basically I was hearing things and that the rubbing was probably my fault for buying tires from Town Fair and not from the dealer- so I drove around through winter with the rubbing noise that sounded like my wheels were going to pop when I braked. Very unnerving when pulling off of the highway. I found Mike's on Angies list. It took two tries- and a test drive with them - for Mike's staff to hear the problem (apparently everyone uses their brakes differently- who knew?)-, but the staff at Mikes were dedicated to solving my problem and once they heard the noise they knew exactly how to fix it. Turned out that when I had my brakes replaced the prior year, my rotors were unevenly surfaced and needed to be resurfaced. How refreshing to have a solution. My car feels and sounds better than ever. I look forward to using them from now on.

Not only did they take my vehicle within 2 hours of my calling, a gentleman sat down with me and offered some advice on preventative maintenence of my vehicle, and even printed out a schedule for me. They were extremely polite, punctual, and responsive to my questions. Not only that, I paid $50 for my last oil change at the dealership, and only $35 here. I also appreciate having an honest vehicle repair facility to which I can give my business within my own community. I will definately utilize their services as I require them. Thank you.

Before the work was initiated, Mikes called with alternative repair options and an estimate. We are fully satisfied and will continue to use this repair facility.

I paid around a $1,000 for all that work. I would call them thorough and I trust their work.

Mike is nice and honest. He does the work promptly. I will definitely use him again.
