We had received orders to move to Massachusetts in order for my husband to recruit there for the next three years. in Colorado, but looking for a home in Colorado didn't bother her in the slightest. She assured me that me being
long distance wasn't a problem and that she would do everything she could to find us the right home. She kept in contact with me on a daily basis, sent me listings, and educated me on buying real estate in MA. I couldn't believe the level of involvement she gave us. to the fact we weren't in MA just yet, Pamela went out of her way to ensure the neighborhood we were interested in purchasing in was safe, had great schools, and would suit all of our needs. The first house we were interested fell through, but Pamela didn't let that daunt her and kept reassuring me that everything would be fine. Once we arrived she was there to greet us and took the time to show us several properties. We finally found the right one and were able to purchase it. She really helped us navigate the numerous road bumps that can happen when purchasing a home. Without her I don't think I could've successfully made the transition from Colorado to Massachusetts.
I personally recommend Pamela because for her it's about making sure her customers are completely happy and comfortable in their homes. She takes the time to listen to what your needs are for your new home and doesn't care about the time involved in helping you meet those needs. Pamela really cares about your family and checks with you constantly to ensure you're happy. She is a delight to work with and extremely professional.
