2 Russian men did not understand English well was 45 min late but someone did call. Hard workers. Did the windows and slider one day. Very knowledgeable. Picked up after themselves. Came from westfield area

Replaced the windows in a day.. They notice one window was ordered incorrectly before installation. The ordered a replacement immediately and replaced it a few days later. They made adjustment to make the windows fit in with the lights and slider in one room at no cost.The work was completed quickly and efficiently with little disruption.We will hire them again to complete the replacement of windows in other parts of the house.

As a matter of fact I went in there with list of things I wanted and I showed them what I wanted and I was brought everything later my wanted and I was able to get it out of there without having to wander through the store. We got lumber, nails, hammers and various construction items to finish off a room. I chose them because they are very convenient and I am two minutes away. The price was good and reasonable comparably. They are punctual and professional. I would most assuredly use them again in the future.

After contacting Home Depot, sales rep called and was out to see me in a couple of days. Very informative, no high pressure sales pitch. He was able to fill out and get Home Depot credit card right there. I qualified to have an interest free payment plan if paid in full over 6 months.Within days someone was out to measure the windows. I was kept up to date on the plans by a customer Rep. who called me before and also the afternoon that the windows were installed to see if there were any problems. The morning the windows were to go in , the project manager arrived on time, he gave me his card and said if there were any problems at all to contact him as they want to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.The crew worked quickly and had the windows in in a few hours. They were very clean, no mess whatsoever. After they were all in the project manager came back to inspect the finished work . I am very happy with my new windows. They look great, and already I notice a big difference in the energy effeciency, as my house is much cooler, I definitly have had to run the air conditioner less than I normally did before. I just wish I had replaced the windows sooner.

Overall windows are working fine, but i wonder what kind of service I am going to have if anything goes wrong with these lifetime warrantied windows.
Description of Work
Had Tim from Home Depot come to estimate price of replacing 18 double hung windows on a very old house. His estimate for the 12 white vinyl windows were the lowest I got, so we went with him on those. The crew spoke almost no english, were here a long time, and when they left two of the windows would not completely close. I called him and left a message. I never heard back from him. Luckily a Comcast repair guy who came to re-hook-up my computer cable (as it had been run through the replaced window, noted the problem and easily installed it correctly. He noticed another one in the hallway and also fixed that one. Thanks Comcast guy!
