Replaced the windows in a day.. They notice one window was ordered incorrectly before installation. The ordered a replacement immediately and replaced it a few days later. They made adjustment to make the windows fit in with the lights and slider in one room at no cost.The work was completed quickly and efficiently with little disruption.We will hire them again to complete the replacement of windows in other parts of the house.

As a matter of fact I went in there with list of things I wanted and I showed them what I wanted and I was brought everything later my wanted and I was able to get it out of there without having to wander through the store. We got lumber, nails, hammers and various construction items to finish off a room. I chose them because they are very convenient and I am two minutes away. The price was good and reasonable comparably. They are punctual and professional. I would most assuredly use them again in the future.

After contacting Home Depot, sales rep called and was out to see me in a couple of days. Very informative, no high pressure sales pitch. He was able to fill out and get Home Depot credit card right there. I qualified to have an interest free payment plan if paid in full over 6 months.Within days someone was out to measure the windows. I was kept up to date on the plans by a customer Rep. who called me before and also the afternoon that the windows were installed to see if there were any problems. The morning the windows were to go in , the project manager arrived on time, he gave me his card and said if there were any problems at all to contact him as they want to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.The crew worked quickly and had the windows in in a few hours. They were very clean, no mess whatsoever. After they were all in the project manager came back to inspect the finished work . I am very happy with my new windows. They look great, and already I notice a big difference in the energy effeciency, as my house is much cooler, I definitly have had to run the air conditioner less than I normally did before. I just wish I had replaced the windows sooner.
