Flat Rate Lawn Mowing $35.

My lawn mower had broken down and has been in the shop for nearly a month now. As such my grass was simply out of control, nearly a foot tall in spots. I had called several different Lawncare/Landscapers and no one was available to help me. I called Dave and he offered to come out the same day to tackle it for me. It did end up storming that afternoon so he had to rescedule, but he was out the next morning and did an excellent job! As I had read on his other reviews he doesn't collect the clippings, but that wasn't an issue for me. I would definately use his services again.

He scheduled a time, couldn't come because of the rain, sent me a text re-scheduling, showed up exactly when he said he would. He did a careful, thorough job of mowing the lawn and trimming the edges. He does not include picking up the clippings in his flat rate.

He said it was $35 to mow the lawn, so I just assumed when he mowed the lawn, he would pick up the mowing, but he does not. However, he is reliable and what he does, he does well. The first time he came, here I did talk to him about that and he said maybe I should have put that in my ad. I wish he had said in his little blurb that it's just the cutting of the lawn.

He is easy to deal with and he has a flat rate for the first mow if the grass is very high and mine was, but he didn't want to charge me for it, so he was very cooperative. The last time he was here he found a bee's nest in the ground and he knows I have small children, so he let my wife know so that she wont let the kids go near it. He is very good.
