The initial installation was done in 2007 in one day and has worked exactly as advertised. The only think I have done since them is every few years replace the backup battery. I have just called the company and they would send someone out to do that. Keith their repair technician who comes to our home is friendly and very courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. He will take the time to explain how things work and answer your questions. This year I had a big problem as I installed a motion detector in my canvas garage. It was being set off by small pests getting inside my canvas garage. Long story short the owner himself came to my property day after day for about a week until he was able to come up with a solution to stop the false alarms caused by the pest running inside my canvas garage. Not only did he stop the false alarms from being trigger he also was able to come up with a solution that dint increase my bill due to having to install extra motion detectors
