When you don’t get an appointment you have to wait. They have a good insurance plan.

They told me it was going to cost $1.800 for a right steering knuckle. They had repaired the left steering knuckle and it had cost me $3.200. I broke in to tears. I said,'Every time I came in for one thing, I have always ended up paying so much more. I come in for an oil change but never leave the place without spending 300 to 500 dollars. You always find something wrong.' They said sorry. When I realized that it didn't cost that much, I was really upset. I feel the service department are prompt, courteous, friendly, but they are not truthful. They tend to find things that allow them to charge a lot of money. I feel like they are dishonest. I think they take advantage of women that come there. They wouldn't do that to a man. They are very punctual. I don't think it is professional to cheat somebody. They are very friendly. If you didn't find out that you are being cheated, you would say it was a great experience. I would never use them again.

I have been going to this location for about 12 years. I really like the cars they sell. I am neutral about the dealership. The salesmen are good, but once you deal with the financial people they are very hard driving. The mechanics do good work on the routine maintenance. I never have to wait very long for them to complete the service.

My wife got into an accident where she did a lot of damage to the front end. They fixed everything just like it was when she purchased it. I want to say they had it slightly longer than they should but not having a car one day seems too long. They did a great job dealing with us and the insurance company too. I would go there again to have work done to her car.

Beautiful dealership - a pleasure to go there and wait for your service to be finished. Very professional from greeting to review of service. Began work exactly at appointed time. Will bring my car there for service even after warranty is expired.

I have bought four cars from them. They are a little expensive, however they work with you. My wife's car developed an exhaust leak and they quoted me a price of $1250 to fix it. I told them I will think about it. About 10 minutes later, they called and said they are going to knock off the profit because I was a regular custom and instead of 1250, they charged me $1000. They did excellent work. I really appreciate the discount. I do not know too many other dealerships, who would do like that.

Their service is very good. They're all trained in a certain format and a certain standard.
