Asbestos Testing, Asbestos Abatement
ATC arrived at my house promptly at the time the company stated. The ATC monitor, Doug M., was professional and thorough. He checked everything about the asbestos abatement area from corner to corner and into the wall openings. He even stayed later than scheduled to answer my questions. Although he appeared rushing to another site, he never cut me off or interrupted. He even took extra time to check additional areas I asked him about on-site. He also returned my phone call days after the visual and air tests to answer additional questions and didn't speak with condescension--which has been a challenge for me as a single woman talking to contractors.
