Quick contact, constant communication, did great work

All Star Duct Solutions company in Westfield May 2023 I had a very bad experience with this company. They came to my home to do duct cleaning. In vacuuming the registers they blew the dusts into my home everywhere on the floors, curtains, sofas. They left a trail of dust all the way thru my garage into the driveway. It took me hours to clean up and I was charged 1200$. The company combined with Prime Radon mitigation and became All Star Solutions. I also had another bad experience. I hired the company during this same time to do radon mitigation. I have 2 radon detectors which showed in one area the center of my basement to be between 1-4. The other at the far end of the basement was 4-7. They came in April , May 2023 to do the work. No one was supervising the work. No one inspected the work done. After they left I saw gaps, tapes that came apart, exposed uncovered dirt areas, the new ducts to my air exchanger had fallen on the ground and my radon detector reading remaining the same. They did not do any radon testing after the job or 30 days to check the level to Instead they looked at mine and said it is going down to less than 1. But then i noted that the radon level was back up to 2-7 and I contacted them and showed the pictures of the issues, they came in angrily and grudgingly. They said that amount of radon is perfectly acceptable. I had to beg them to fix the issues. They did a partial job and left saying they needed more materials but had fixed everything.The radon detector read the same from 1.9-7. Again i took pictures showing them that the taping had come loose allowing water and dirt to come onto the radon barrier and there were missed areas of dirt they had not covered is the reason why the radon level remained the same. They never tested the radon level. Each time they said we left it at the office. They have refused to come back despite multiple texts, emails and photos of problems and we are not going to give you any warranty on our services or any of our products because we gave you a discount due to your complaints. I would like for them to fix all the issues, get a measured radon level now and have their radon detector machine to be monitoring the radon. And to fix any problems if the radon is higher than 1.0 upon rechecking in 30 days. Or I would like my money refunded so I can get another company to do the job.
