This guy is unethical, dishonest and terrible!

I decided to repair the dishwasher.  It was a little difficult because the unit was so tightly fit into the space but he managed it all graciously.  Works better than brand new!

He came when he was supposed to come. There was a part which was ordered two months ago but had still not come; but that was not his fault. As soon as the part comes, I will have him back to install the parts. They came on the date and time they told me they would come. The price was as it was quoted to me. They take credit cards. There would be no further service charge to install the part. It would just be the charge of the part which I would have to pay him. They were prompt and reliable. They told me exactly what I needed. No one can provide you part and service. The gentleman who came was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told me that the problem that we had was related to the storm that we just had. I would use them in the future.
