Wellington and his team were amazing! We had an unrealistic timeline of five weeks to have our newly purchased home gutted and livable. Wellington met the challenge and had us in our home on time and on budget. Wellington gutted the first floor to the studs and opened up the small kitchen, dining room and living room into a beautiful open concept living space. The kitchen and dining areas swapped locations and we removed the load bearing central wall and replaced it with steal beams. His vision and attention to detail were excellent! Wellington designed and built a huge deck that is accesed from the main living area though a new sliding glass door. This is an amazing addition of outdoor living space that we adore. He even plumbed the grill to the natural gas supply of the house - no more propane tanks! The main bathroom originally was small and awkward. Wellington was able to expand the size, add an entry from the Master bedroom and create two large closets in the Master without decreasing the size of the bedroom - very creative use of space! Wellington was very reachable and easy to work with. He was clear to us about decisions we needed to make to keep the project on schedule. Wellington and his team rose to the challenge and put it all together for us with no drama and no headaches. Alison and I are extremely pleased with our new home. Thank you Wellington!!!

Men were excellant workers who did all the prep work necessary.also had to remove and reconstuct about 45' of an aluminum and tempered glass railing system.because they had to redo some one elses work it was harder to do than to do the job from scratch.work was finished in 3 days because the men worked extra hours each day.area was left clean.i could not be happier.this was the best experience with a contracter we have every had.our only regret is that we did not know about mr rossi when we rehabed the house 6 years ago.

Wellington Rossi is a top notch company that does the best in estimating the work to be done with no hidden costs, excellent workmanship, and timeliness in completing the job. The are great communicators while working on their projects, keeping the homeowners updating and involved in all decision making.
In the case of our exterior, 3rd floor issues, they were forthcoming and honest with regards to what could be included in the estimate and the unknown costs due to the height from the ground level. They were quick to give an honest quote of what it would costs to just discover the problem and then immediately got back to me with all of the details and the final estimate. This work was done during the transition of our primary residence to a rental property and they were timely, courtious, and respectful both our needs and our tenants. Upon completion of the work they provided me with all the necessary documentation and photos (as I was out of the area).
In the case of our water damage, this couldn't have come at a worse time. . .the Holidays. Even so, they were quick to respond to our calls for service, provided an excellent estimate, and worked closely with us in selecting our replacement materials. Again, we were not in the home at the time as it was occupied by our tenants. They worked carefully to complete the work in a timely manner while working around our tenant's holiday schedule. The completed work was absolutely beautiful. Again, we couldn't have asked for better and only plan on using Wellington Rossi for any of our upcoming home renovation issues.

I was satisfied with the final product. There was a lot of miscommunication because of lack on English being spoken, however, the work was very good which on a scale of 1-10 I would rate a 9.

Wellington, his crew, and his sub contractors (electrician, concrete, asphalt) were all very professional and capable. We are very satisfied with the results. Additionally, Wellington provided a lot of good advice along the way, with adjustments to our architect's drawings, improving the overall outcome, and shifting spending from places where it didn't matter to things that did. It was a big project that took some time -- almost four months elapsed from start to finish -- but we always felt that things were progressing, and we were well informed when there was a delay.

They kind of came up with better solutions than we had thought of. I think they have all good ideas. The price was good. We would use them again in the future if needed.

They also did some plumbing and painting. They were very fast and very clean. The work went very well. They cleaned up after themselves very enthusiastically. I don't think we would use them again in the future, though. We would probably go with a different service provider.

Interactions were difficult, but the work was of extremely high quality. They were a bit difficult on following-up with minor things after the work was done, but I feel that some of that was because subcontractors were involved.

They had acted as general contractors with multiple in-house skills. They had done complete work, and the quality was pretty good. They had done the job on time and had stayed on schedule. They were very good and accurate at that. I thought I had gotten high value for the combination of things that they had provided.

Everything went very well. They completely gutted the area and put in a master suite, including a master bedroom, bathroom, and living area with fireplace and bar. They installed two skylights, enlarged the windows, and installed wood flooring. They had a very good design sense, and their communication was excellent. They had very easy payment terms, and they were reasonably priced. The quality of the workmanship was very high, and I am already considering them for upcoming projects. I was very happy with them and would use them again.

Wellington Rossi and his team are honest and hardworking. We also saw that the quality of construction was very high, both in the rough work and the finish work. Wellington has a lot of experience in this field and so, he uses this experience to actually enhance the architectural plans. The paint job (which is the main thing visible to visitors) is fabulous and reflective of the entire construction quality. Wellington refuses to cut corners (even when we suggest it) saying that after the job is finished, it will be obvious that shorts cuts were taken and that it will affect his reputation. We priced four contractors and his price was the most reasonable by far. In addition, he started when he said he would. He has been responsive to our needs and listens to what we want. Most of all, we appreciate his honesty and dedication to his work. His workers are also very good and respectful. All in all, a great contractor to work with.
