I bought the and quot;Super Washand quot; for $15. My car came out beautifully and I appreciate that they towel dried it. It's also worth mentioning that they have solar panels on their roof, which helps the environment. All in all, I was very pleased and plan to look into their detailing services in the future.

Good Business Good Service

Always excellent service - quick, friendly customer service, they seem to know all of their regular customers. I always give a tip to the car dryers as I know all of tips are shared and they deserve a little extra for their excellent service.

The exterior gleamed beautifully. The carpets were very clean and they took out a coffee spill. I love going to this shop because they do their work while also trying to do right by the environment. I was able to wait for my car in a comfortable area and it took less time than I thought it would.

I discovered a promotional coupon for complete interior and exterioring detailing at this car wash, and although I'd never had a detailing or visited this business, I decided to check it out after a friend was pleased with her detailing experience at another establishment (located out of my service area). After some web research, it appeared that the pricing was competitive and the offered services are extensive. Waves has an extremely informative website, and after realizing that they are in a very convenient location, I scheduled the service online via their site, which was easy to use. I received prompt email confirmation, and confirmed via phone as per their instructions.
I was initially a bit put-off by their location off of a service road which runs alongside a nearby mall parking area, because it seems oddly shaped and I thought it might be a difficult approach, as I was coming from the opposite side of the parkway. My fears were unfounded, though, and it was an easier entry than I expected since there is a turn-around on the parkway pretty much directly in front of their lot. I had no trouble entering in the morning. They do seem to close off one part of their parking lot later in the day, but that still seems to leave adequate room for customers to maneuver around for their various services.
They have several self-serve vacuuming stations to one side of their lot, and one of them did not appear to be functional when I arrived. Customers were using all of the other stations, and one customer chose to leave because of the broken equipment. Two employees were aware of the problem and attending to it, so hopefully it was fixed promptly.
I arrived on time and was greeted politely in the parking lot by two employees, one of whom promptly offered assistance and directed me inside to their front counter. I mentioned my appointment and showed the coupon, and there was a very brief wait while the manager arrived to check me in. He reviewed what would be done, and there was no pressure to add other services. He stated that they would do the best that they could, although they could not guarantee that all stains would come out. I assured him that I understood completely, as that was only logical, of course, and I'd seen their explanations on the website. I wasn't expecting miracles, as I'd never had the interior of my 10 year old minivan professionally cleaned, ever, being a and quot;do it yourselfand quot; kinda mom. The van has been through the wear and tear of kids and pets eating and drinking inside, along with the attendant spills and accidents! He considerately asked if I had a minute to accompany him to view the interior, and I'm sure that he was dismayed to see the deep stains and cheerio debris. He pointed out the worst carpet stains and noted that they probably wouldn't come out completely, though they'd do their best. My expectation was to let them get the basics done, and then I could work on any stubborn problems, as I have pretty exacting standards once I undertake a project. We'd just gotten hubby a new car, and I now wanted that same clean, organized car feeling without the price and hassle of actually getting a new car!
There are local businesses, including a mall, fast food places and the T within walking distance, or there are chairs inside and outside for anyone waiting. They promptly began working on my vehicle while I went home via T for the day.
When I arrived back at the agreed-upon time, just before closing, the manager immediately recognized me and greeted me with a smile, saying he thought I'd be pleased with the outcome. He grabbed the keys and escorted me out to the car, which had the windows open to air out and dry. I was amazed at how it gleamed: they'd buffed out many scratches and ingrained paint stains from my run-ins with various parking curbs and poles. (As hubby says, it is only those darned inanimate objects which don't know enough to get out of my way which cause the problems, LOL!)
The interior was even better! Smelled clean, and the carpets were still wet, of course, but they looked almost new!! The worst stain had faded a lot, more than he had expected, although it had not disappeared completely, as predicted. Many other stains were completely gone. They had not missed single cupholder, mat, nook or cranny, even though some are pretty ingeniously designed and nearly hidden. They even cleaned under the center console! All the glass and mirrors were shined, too.
It was rush hour as I was leaving, and there was a line of cars queued up to go through their wash. As I was just getting ready to pull out, one of the employees came over to say that he would hold up the line for me so I could reverse out of the parking space easier, which was an amazingly considerate offer! He helped direct me out, and instructed me to go to the nearest gate, as he would unlock and open it to allow me to exit, instead of having to drive the longer way around the building to go out. He was amazingly courteous, and that kind of thoughfulness and service is nearly unheard-of these days, in my opinion. It certainly inconvenienced him a bit and took time away from his main job, but making an extra effort like that certainly goes a long way to making the customer's experience a positive one!
As a female not particularly knowledgeable about cars, I must note that I often feel uncomfortable in the world of car maintenance and repair places, or in businesses that have a largely male staff. All of the employees I encountered at Waves were pleasant and professional, and several seemed to go out of their way to assist. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself comfortable during both morning and afternoon visits, and that is a change from the typical car wash experiences that I've had in the past, which are most often marked by employee indifference and average service.
Upon arrival home I got out my cleaning supplies and ran cleaning wipes along some corners and edges of storage bins, and underneath the seats, etc., but they had actually cleaned all of those areas well and my efforts were unnecessary.
I feel like I found a gem at Waves, and plan to return for Rain-X application, as well as regular washes and at-least yearly details. They offer discounts if bundling or purchasing packages, and I'll watch for any coupons and promotions.
Overall, this was a SUPERB experience! The price with the coupon was a great value, lower than what my friend had paid for her detailing of the exact same model. Scheduling was easy via the web, and their open-daily hours and location are pluses. They delivered everything as described and then some, and far exceeded my expectations in terms of both service and results. The practical and psychologically-calming benefits I've gotten from my and quot;like-newand quot; vehicle are well worth the time and money of the detailing experience. My only regret is not having done this years sooner!
I highly recommend Waves and plan to make them a regular part of car maintenance in the future!

The service was above and beyond what I expected. The car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. A great experience.

I was not happy with the service. They did a poor job but they were friendly. I thought I would get a nicely washed and buffed car but they did not do the inside. They were responsive but they didn't fulfill in the end.

They have men at the end of the car wash that dry them off. They also offer car detailing. My overall experience with them has been good. The quality of the car wash was excellent.
