Although it took a while to get the materials, the multi-day installation went well and the new fence looks great.

Steve quickly responded to my request for a quote.  He came out with his son to show me different color materials and discuss options.  The color I chose had to be ordered.  It took a little while for the product to come in, but with the cooler than usual spring weather, I didn't think about it.  Out of the blue, Steve called to apologize for the wait and told me that my screen was in.  He quickly came out to install it.  They needed to add a piece of wood to each side of the door so that the screen worked the way I wanted it to.  He was very accommodating to my requests.  The wood was neatly installed and painted to match the molding.  The screen was installed and Steve taught me how to use it.  He was missing one connecting unit in the correct color.  Although the invoice said "payable at installation," he did not request payment until he finished the job (which he did a quickly as my schedule allowed).  I was impressed with how nice and professional he was.  So far, we LOVE the screen.  I wish I needed one for a different door so that I could hire him again.

They did a great job of fixing my screen door. It's a fancy kind of screen door that retracts out of sight. I bought the door from them about a year ago, and when I called to tell them it had been damaged and knocked off its track, these guys came out and fixed it for me for no charge.
