Excellent. I have hired Sean's company a few times and he is as reliable as the company name. He returns calls and follows through on his work. His crew is very professional and perform excellent work.

Great, we have a large hill with many trees, I have tried other companies in the past but Reliable has been the best. They clear every leaf on our property, leave our property, the street and neighbors clean. I cannot say enough they are the best!

I contacted Reliable to trim our privet hedge. Sean responded promptly to my call, gave an estimate within 24 hours of visiting the property. The work was scheduled quickly and his crew arrived as arranged and worked quickly on the project. They also did a good job cleaning up all the clippings. I was very satisfied with the work and customer service.

We've had Reliable Lawncare for 2+ years now. The guys are well intended, and show regularly. The crew seems not to be able to distinguish planted flowers and shrubs from overgrown grass. We have lost multiple lilies and other plants to a rather reckless mowing over this time. We've had apologies but not gotten more reliable mowing and/or replacement. These guys are better at grass than landscaping.

RLC consistently performed its work on time and with attention to details. I was very pleased with their work.

They arrived as I was on my way out with my kids. We went over a couple of things and when I came home hours later - it was like going to a different yard - the yard looked great - best it's been in ages! The garden beds were all edged, weeded and new mulch was down. The bushes and smaller trees were all trimmed and their little beds were cleaned out too - I want to have lots of people over now because the place looks great! And with summer time left to spare!

..I called one day for an estimate, Sean called me right back and gave me a very fair estimate, based on other services I had used in the past. They came the next day, very prompt, and did the first part of the job, then came back the next day to do the rest, on Memorial Day weekend! They did a great job and the price was really fair. I will definitely use them again.

I use them because they are local; they have been working with us since we moved into this house. They work all year long in my yard including shoveling snow, lawn care and yard clean up. I will use them again in the future.

If there was a problem, they could be reached by phone and promptly responded.

They were very responsive - came on the weekend to give us a quote and came back within 2 days to do the job. In general they did a great job (I'm a bit picky) there were still some leaves under the hedges that were missed, but honestly they did a better job then I could have. We will probably use them again next year.

I received an estimate the day I called and service started that week. The service has been as described and whenever there has been an issue it was addressed promptly.

Nothing really stands out but they show up and are reasonably priced.

I hired Reliable to take care of our lawn as a father's day present for my husband after our first son was born. We loved them and maintained the service for almost 5 years until we sold our house in March. The crew always arrived on time and were very efficient. When we sold our house this spring, one of the regular compliments was on our "beautifully maintained lawn". Thanks Sean!

They are very very good. They are good with what they do and good communicators and trustworthy and fast but yet efficient at the same time. I would recommend them.

WE USED THIS COMPANY TO MOW OUR LAWN EVERY WEEK AND THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB, CHARGED US MORE THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT CHARGED BY THE COMPANY WE CURRENTLY USE AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR POOR WORK AND DESTROYED ITEMS. DURING THEIR TENURE AT OUR HOUSE, OVER A PERIOD OF SEVERAL WEEKS, THEY BROKE A FOUNTAIN, DESTROYED ANTIQUE VINES, DESTROYED FLOWER AND VEGETABLE GARDENS AND SEVERAL OTHER THINGS - AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. WHEN WE CALLED THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN, HE DENIED THE DAMAGE, ACTED AS THOUGH HIS WORKERS COULD DO NO WRONG, THEN SAID IF THERE WAS DAMAGE IT WAS OUR FAULT AND WOULD NOT LET US TALK. HE IS A CONVERSATIONAL BULLDOZER AND TALKS RIGHT THROUGH YOU NONSTOP IF YOU TRY TO ENGAGE IN DIALOGUE, CAN'T EVEN GET IN A WORD IN EDGEWISE. HIS BUSINESS PRACTICE: THE COMPANY IS NEVER AT FAULT, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AND CHARGES THE MAX. RELIABLE LAWN CARE DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS NAME -IT IS NOT RELIABLE.
