The installation was timely and the workers professional. They were pleasant and worked hard during the installation.
However we had several issues:
-The workers left several boxes of material at the site that we had to dispose.
-The installer cut one of our downspouts during installation and did not redirect the water. Months later we realized what had happened when we saw rain water spilling from the side of our house.
-Two years later we had drainage issues that occurred because the drainage tubing outside had been attached using duct tape, which I was told isn't the recommended way of attachment. The glue on the tape wore off, and the drainage became clogged and the excess water leaked out of our unit and onto our floor. 
I feel that overall the company did a good job but corners were cut.

It turned out fine.  We did need to reschedule a couple of times but I was happy with what they did.

They sent the only gas guy they had at the time. Sorry, I forgot this gentleman's name. This gentleman truly knows about steam boiler. He quickly identified the problem, which is too big air gaps near the burner. So, he adjusted the air gaps and the burner fires up with a nice blue flame, instead of bluish yellow before.

Not sure if it was his adjustment, but my gas bill has decreased this winter, despite we have a longer and colder winter this year. I'm really glad they sent the right guy!

I purchased a special deal for a Central A/C inspection and tune-up by Regional Air Mechanical Corp.  They called the next day to schedule the service  The inspection was done while I was at work (my wife was home).  When I got home and asked my wife how it went, she said ?the technician checked everything and said it?s in good working order?, which didn?t surprise me, since our Central A/C was only a year and a half old.  She handed me the copy of the invoice that the technician gave her and it was illegible.  I couldn?t make out any of the information on it.  I called the office the next day; the person I spoke to acknowledged that technician?s poor handwriting and said she would get the information and call me back.  I didn?t hear back from her, and to be honest, I did not call back either.  One reason I purchased the special deal was because they are located in my neighborhood and I wanted to support a local company.  The price was also a factor in their favor.  I might use them again but if I do I'll request another technician.

We really liked the deal. He was on time.

I had a good experience with Regional Air Mechanical Corp.  I paid a very reasonable price ($79) for a preventative maintenance service on our central air conditioning system. 
I thought the technician Freddy was a good and responsive technician.  I thought he took a comprehensive look at our system, though I did have to prod him to take a look at a couple of things on the system. 
Dealing with Michelle in the office was also good; I thought she was nice and responsive and she was able to accommodate a weekend appointment for the servicing. 
We had an inspection / prevenative servicing from another company 2 years ago, and they thought the system needed all kinds of work for hundreds of dollars.  We didn't listen to them, as we thought they were trying to upsell us, and in any event, the system has been fine during the last 2 years.  Regional Air agreed with the assessment although they did point out 1 or 2 things that are problematic on our 15 year-old system. 

They were surpurb.  They called back when they said they would.  They were on time.  They cleaned up after themselves. = GREAT!

I didn't pay more for the big deal for Regional Air Mechanical Corp. They came in and checked everything they said they would. I would use them again in the future.

Technician missed mold on AC during the cleaning portion of this service.  Mold was found two days later during duct cleaning service by another provider.  That is a big miss in my book.  Technician either didn't spend the time or lacks the skill.  Either way I would not go with this company in the future.

It went OK. I expected more from the service provider. They did it very quick which leads me to believe they did not do a good job. I just feel they just cleaned the AC unit and replaced the filter and I don't believe they checked the units for any faults in detail.

From my first telephone call from Michelle at Reginal Air Mechanical Corp.'s office to make an appointment to the visit from technician Keith the company and its employees were courteous, cheerful, professional and helpful.  Michelle worked around my schedule to find a convenient date for me and Keith was on time for the appointment.  When he arrived he got straight to work, even though it involved working on the roof in the rain.  I would highly recommend this company as they provided an excellent service.

I just did this special; no other work. They did a good, comprehensive job.

Mike Broydrik salesman was extremely professional and detail oriented. He was very thorough in his prespenation. Jen followup with and questions . Prompt and courteous. Eric and Bobby worked feverishly and performed  superb work from the initial day. They were very clean and picked up after themselves. Very knowledgeable and patient with us. Truley wonderful experience
