I did some research on the Internet and found NE Cabinet and doors which stated kitchen refacing and custom cabinet making. I visited their small shop in West Roxbury (all cabinets are made on property) and liked the samples on their display. Denny, the person in charge, came out quickly to do an estimate of both refacing and custom cabinetry in the diningroom (open concept).
Denny gave me a price of $6,000 which was less than a third of Kitchen Tune-up, AND was giving more material than quoted by Kitchen Tune-up (crown molding and soft closing hinges). NE Cabinet and Doors gave me the most beautiful kitchen than I could have ever dreamed for. The cabinets look like brand new cabinets and not refacing at all. It is superior work and quality that is beyond the imagination. Denny and his crew of installers and Marie, the owner are the most considerate and kind people that I have ever met. I feel like they are part of my family, as they prepped, prepared, installed, cleaned, and inspected all their work so thoroughly as if it was their own kitchen in their home. They take great pride in the work that they complete.

I love my new kitchen and diningroom cabinets and have received so many compliments on the cabinets. I am thankful to Denny for his many design suggestions and for choosing the crown molding for the kitchen. This is truly my dream kitchen without the nightmare costs. NE Cabinet and Doors were very affordable in price. Eliminate the middleman and go directly to the cabinetmaker, you will save THOUSANDS! The middleman charges 3x the amount that they actual pay for the refacing materials and the cost of installation. I am ever so grateful for their quality work. They added about $30,000 of value to the two rooms for less than $7,000. The kitchen looks and feels like a million dollars!
