Gutter Repair and Replacement
THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS PLEASANT AND SEEMS EFFICIENT, BUT THE COMPANY DOESN'T SEEM TO WANT OUR BUSINESS. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY'RE TOO BUSY, TOO DISORGANIZED, NOT INTERESTED IN OUR JOB BECAUSE IT'S FAIRLY SMALL, BUT WOULD JUST LIKE AN HONEST RESPONSE. I'VE GIVEN UP ON CALLING THEM, BUT IF THEY CONTACT US AGAIN AND ACTUALLY GIVE US AN REASONABLE ESTIMATE, I WOULD BE WILLING TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO THE WORK.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
THE GUTTERS THEMSELVES ARE TERRIFIC, BUT WE HAD TO WAIT OVER A MONTH, AND CALL REPEATEDLY TO FIND OUT WHY THEY WERE SO BEHIND. THEY EVENTUALLY ADMITTED THAT THEY HAD ONLY ONE CREW WORKING INSTEAD OF THE USUSAL TWO, BUT IT WAS AFTER TWO WEEKS OF CALLS THAT THEY FINALLY CAME CLEAN. I WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH MORE UNDERSTANDING ( AND PROBABLY KINDER IN MY REVIEW) IF THEY HAD BEEN HONEST FROM THE OUTSET ABOUT THE REASON FOR THE DELAYS.
