This company has no integrity. They sold us wood that was not seasoned. I called the owner and he said he would be over the next day with new wood. I had to call him for 3 weeks and call from a work phone so he'd pick up. He eventually brought new wood with 7 guys and 2 dogs all running around my house in the middle of the day making a scene and the wood was less dry than the previous. Do not trust these guys for anything.

"We did everything possible to rectify the situation the customer failed to mention that the weather kept us from bringing other wood and it was only a week we have been selling wood for twenty years and rarely get a complaint the wood was seasoned for almost two years and he ended up with more than he paid for as for the men and dogs do you think I would pay seven men to deliver a quarter cord of wood and were did they all sit in the back of the dump truck or did they bring three vehicles so there would be room for the dogs let's be serious here as far as the wood he only had me remove about thirty pieces and he didn't have a tarp over the wood he was keeping and we had rain and snow for at least a week so maybe that is why he is having trouble with it you need to keep it dry for it to burn thank you for the chance to respond ERIC GROSS OWNER MIKES TREE CO. WE WON'T HURT YOUR TREES AND OUR PRICES WON'T HURT YOU."
