Ken was prompt and curious but I almost fell over when he charged me $195 for a 20 minute job using a $20 part.

Excellent. Ken West was prompt and performed everything exactly as he said he would. He listened to what I wanted and recommended products. He worked extra long hours to complete the project in one day so I would not be without heat on a cold night.
