They came out and redid the locks on the door. They were very proficient. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well.  He was very professional and very helpful.  He came in and told us what we should do on how to make our house safer and then implemented the new locks on all the doors.  We went from having about 6 different keys to the home to having it all on one key. 

Was able to set up appointment quickly.  Locksmith was professional and completed work in a timely manner as well as left everything neat and clean.  Would use again.

They are very, very accommodating.  They really know their stuff.  They were here very quickly because I told them that it was an emergency.  They were here quickly to take care of the trouble.  They were here exactly when they were supposed to be. They have excellent social skills, make great eye contact, and are very professional. They are also great listeners and I am very comfortable around them. I like the way that they market themselves. They know their stuff on the button. They are pleasant to work with and are very friendly. They are pleasant, courteous, and pleasurable to have around. They really went the extra mile and are very accommodating. They wanted to help in every way that they could and I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone.

Short but sweet story....  needed my home locks changed, called them, the job was done two days later, took just a few hours, keys delivered onsite..end of story.

It went well. I had a narrow window of time to have the work done, and they worked woth me to fit it in. They came in, did the work effiiciently, and left. No complaints!

City Lock changed four locks at our home.  I liked that they are a small local business.  They were very responsive to my call, they showed up to do the work about an hour after calling them.

They were expensive.  I didn’t look around or compare.  They didn’t come the first time on a particular day.  The first person didn’t complete the job, but the second person was very good.  They quality of work is good.  I will use them again in the future.

They are a local business, which I prefer. They were fine. Locksmithing is fairly competitive. I told them what I wanted, and they did it for me. They offer several quality lines, and they let me know what the differences were. I was able to get something that was good and not over expensive. They are close and convenient.

Very well. No complaints about their service. They usually send someone the same day, are very prompt, and do a good job. In this most recent case, the locksmith was also very helpful to me in figuring out the best way to accomplish what I wanted to.

I was very pleased with City Lock. I stopped by their shop around 9:30 on a weekday morning and by noon I had new locks on my new home and peace of mind! The locksmith was prompt, efficient and professional. I was very pleased.

showed up as planned, completed the job professionally, and cleaned up after himself pretty well. no surprises.

He was done in less than 30 seconds! They came within a couple hours of calling. The guy was very nice and made some suggestions about other locks we have in the house. He was very helpful!
