Apartments
They are excellent. I live at one of the management company's properties and they have a few. They seem to be very well organized and they have been very good to me. It is a warm environment. The Manager goes above and beyond to make sure that not only the units but the common area is presentable and you are comfortable about bringing guests in. She is good at renting apartments: she is upfront about what the units are. Their office happens to be in the building I live in but they have many other properties. It is, I would say, a small comfortable staff. They get along well together and it reflects in the business they do, both with their maintenance people and their tenants.
