Responded immediately to an email, phoned back, came to see the fence, gave a very fair estimate, did the repair (replacing an upright 8ft fence post that had broken in the winter nor’easters). Job done within about two weeks. Excellent service!

He was professional friendly and accommodating. He gave the estimate, started the same day I accepted the estimate and picked up half the payment after one project was finished and the balance the evening after the second project was done. I asked him to come back and give me a quote on remodeling my bathroom because I was so pleased with his speed and efficiency. Also one project I asked him to quote me on was the main roof and he showed me how water was getting into the wall thru a broken window and avoided me having to repair anything on that roof. I was very gratified he didnt sell me on replacing my roof when he could have.

I think the price is very fair. They really, he doesn't leave one little spot on that deck. He was relentless to get every little area clean. I was shock about how clean it was, I forgot it was that color. I am very happy with them.

Rafael and his team were excellent! Rafael turned up when he said he would to give me a quote for fixing my gutters and bracing our three stores deck that was swaying pretty badly. After we had agreed a price, Rafael was able to send someone to do the work within a few days. His team were courteous and efficient. I was so impressed with the work that I asked him back to do some small plumbing and carpentry jobs in our condo. His team again did a great job and seeing that we had a newborn baby, managed to be super quiet! I definitely plan to use BWWS again for future projects.

It went very well. The team was very quick and efficient. Even though they replaced some fascia boards the estimate did not rise dramatically. I would recommend this company to someone else based upon this project.

Mr. Lopez responded quickly to my call and arranged for his crew to do the work soon after. Job well done, no complaints.

The two workers, Salvador and Dimitri, were excellent.  Salvador even found some problems we hadn't known about--like some leaks, rotted wood, bee hives--told us about them, and he and Dimitri fixed them to perfection
The fence is also beautiful and well done.

The Contractor did NOT used pre-painted facia board. Instead they put one coat of undercoat only on the exterior of the boards. This is your one chance to protect those boards and they blew it.

We called this company in the morning and someone came in just over an hour to make an estimate. We agreed on the price and two workers arrived two hours later. They didn't use blowers, but used a tool to scrape the leaves out of the gutters. They worked quietly and we barely noticed they were around. They completed the job in a little over an hour and the gutters were free of all debris. Our house is a fairly big and has three stories.

They are awesome. They are really prompt and thorough. I thought the price was really fair.

Slow in responding but then work was done well.

Rafael was great and actually ended up doing more work than I ever imagined without raising the price. Two workers spent an entire day pointing the bricks. Rafael was prompt and scheduled the work immediately. The workers were kind and courteous and worked efficiently. In my research, this was the best price I could find and I walk away from the project thoroughly satisfied that this company offers a pretty darn good value.

My initial contact and estimate w/the contractor went fine.  He quoted a very good price and agreed to start work asap. He stated he would arrive around 8-8:30am but did'nt show up till almost 11am.  Fine, when i explained to him about the repair work that was to be done on the dormer I adamantly mentioned I wanted my new roof to be covered to avoid getting any concrete or paint on it or debris in my new gutters.  Instead of drop clothes,they used paper bags from the cement they were working with.  Needless to say there is some  concrete on my new roof and there were loose nails and debris from the work in the gutters.  The workers on site spoke little to no english.  When i had questions, they had to call the contractor on the phone to speak with me.  At the end of each work day, the workers left all of their equipment on the front lawn.  I didnt know why they could not put it on the side of the house or take it with them at the end of the day.They even had a microwave oven on the front lawn that they used to heat up their lunch!  In the end, after the clean up, there was paint on the grass and bushes.  I know that it might seem like i am knit picking considering the price for the work, but i discovered that you do pay for what you get.  I am ok with the end results, but if I were to do it again, i probably would choose another company.

The guys he assigned, the people who he hired to do the work were not very professional. Other than the price I do not think I like anything else. The price was much lower than the other offers.

He had done gutters for me before and put one kind that came off and he just hooked it back up for me.  I have stairs going up to the third floor and the washing machine u there broke and I had to have it replaced.  I was afraid for the delivery people to go over the stairs, so I needed the back stairs reinforced and he gave me a very good price.  I had to catch up with him, but it is hard to catch up with anyone.  He gave me a good price, so I went with him.  I spent approximately $1200 on that service.  It might have been a little less, but it was in that range or a  $1000 or a little more  than a $1000.

Rafael Lopez was very responsive and polite, has an excellent crew.  They kept everything neat and clean.  I had four companies price the exterior painting - one price was similar and the other two much higher.  He also provides a THREE YEAR WARRANTY on the exterior paint job, which is virtually unheard of.  He reminded me to keep the extra paint in case they have to come back to touch anything up.  They repaired/repointed the front steps for $275 which was a great price - it took the guy about 10 hours - he took it apart (large slabs) and put it back together again.  All the joints needed complete repointing.  They repaired exterior carpentry where the wood was rotted.  They gave me the price for that after they scraped, as per our agreement - it was $495 and took several days.  Now the house looks great.  We had used the company two years ago for a small gutter repair on another property, and were pleased with that work also.  We would definitely use this company again!

We had issues with Rafael on this job right from the beginning. Although he had verbally agreed to remove the previous flooring before installing the new floor, his men started the job without doing this. My husband made them stop and we called Rafael. He reluctantly agreed to have them remove the old floor which they did. They laid the new floor but right from the beginning there was an area where the floor is not solid and squeaks when you step on it. The men left and then we found out that they were not planning to install the edging between the floor and the baseboards. When we asked Rafael why they did not do this, he wanted us to pay twice as much as the original estimate to have the job completed. At this point we did not have any confidence that Rafael or his workers knew what they were doing, or would do a good job. We hired another handyman who did a the edging.
