They delivered on time. They didn't charge for delivery. They were fine.

Blue Hill was great. We found a refridgerator we wanted at a large high-end appliance store which would charge us $80 for delivery and old fridge removal We shopped around and found the same fridge at a national dept store, cheaper but still with a delivery/haul away charge. A neighbor suggested we check out Blue Hill, which is just down the street from us. The service was excellent. They spent time with us in the store to make sure they could get exactly the same fridge. They answered our many questions, and double checked the fridge dimensions to make sure it would fit in our space. Best of all, they beat everyone else's price by a significant amount, and delivery/haul away were free (at least in our neighborhood). The delivery went smooth -- we had a bit of a mix-up on the arrival time, but they came right away when I called to check on it, and the delivery guys were great. . . polite, professional and efficient. They were very careful about not banging doors or walls or scratching the kitchen floor when installing the new or removing the old. They completely set up the new fridge, including removing all of the packing material from the inside and adjusting the door height. I would definitely buy appliances again from Blue Hill - great experience, and it also feels good to support a local business.

It was an roximately three day wait for an appointment.  When repairman came it took him no more than five minutes to figure out what the issue was.  He replaced the thermal fuse and the dryer was working fine.  Great job and would highly recommend.
