"It is unfortunate Member has misconstrued the facts. Work progressed in a slow manner when the client can't decide colors or which area to proceed next in for days on end .As I have other people waiting for work to be done, I had to schedule smaller projects in while decisions were being made. My jobsites are cleaned everyday to an OSHA 10 standard, and would never leave open paint or any chemical in any other area except where we were told to place it. We are the neatest painters most of my other clients have ever used!! If there were issues onsite, she should have come to me to resolve them, which she did not. When a client pays contract in full at the end of a job,which she did, I expect that all is satisfactory. I'm sorry she felt this was a more appropriate way to resolve whatever issues she had, customer service has and always will be number one with us, but unless you tell us there's a problem, we can't fix it."
