I MEET WITH THEM EVERY WEEK TO GO OVER ANY CHANGES AND UPDATES. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND GOOD AT EXPLAINING DETAILS RELATING TO THE PERMITTING PROCESS. THEY WILL DESIGN WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT THEY WANT, LIKE MOST ARCHITECTS. STEVE ALSO DOES HOME INSPECTIONS & CONDO DOCUMENTATION.
