Twinbrook's crew showed up punctually when promised, worked expeditiously, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. It all went very smoothly, and came in under the oral estimate originally provided. I was very pleased with their work, and plan to employ them again.

Bob DeVoe has provided excellent snowplowing services. He and his crew are efficient, reliable, and courteous. They often work throughout the night in snow emergencies to make sure that their customers are not grounded by difficult weather conditions.

Twinbrook was able to fit my small job into their schedule. They showed up when expected and did the work expeditiously and smoothly. In addition to greatly improving the appearance of the foundation, the patches have so far kept out the rain associated with hurricane Sandy plus a second northeaster. I am delighted with the results.

After ending a soured, previous two-year relationship with an overpriced landscape company that did my original landscape design and partial implementation, I called Bob Devoe of Twinbrook Landscaping in early May this year to come by to help me add more trees and shrubs to my landscape. Bob is extremely customer service-oriented, responsive, and friendly. He stopped by on a Saturday morning to walk the property with me and listen carefully to what i was looking to do. I showed him the front of the house where some previous plants had been removed due to winter damage and now left a gaping hole at the focal point of the house. We discussed some possibilities for an ornamental tree that would be the main attraction. Bob wanted to ensure that we were putting the most appropriate tree in that location, so he reached out to one of his trusted nursery colleagues for a consult. Several days later, he and his experienced colleague, Peter, came to my house to walk the property again. Peter suggested several different plants for the back that I had already settled on due to their light requirements, which I truly appreciated. There is nothing more frustrating than laying out good money for plants that won't meet your expectations because they are in the wrong location. For the front of the house, Peter asked me what I was going for and then suggested several appropriate trees for the spot. I ultimately went with his original suggestion of an interesting and unique Fringe Tree.
Bob certainly spent quality time with me, listening to what I wanted to achieve, but also offering sound advice and guidance without being condescending. In fact, his customer service is quite impressive, as he met me at the nursery on a Saturday morning so I could review and select the actual trees (Fringe, Pink Dogwood) that would ultimately be installed.
When the day came for the work to be done, Bob arrived on site to oversee the work of his six-member crew. Bob showed great flexibility and adaptability when the site originally chosen for the new dogwood tree revealed ledge ran beneath it. Thinking quickly on his feet, he suggested we remove several existing hostas and transplant them to an open bed by the deck and move a couple of the existing boxwoods to make room for the tree. It worked out beautifully. There was one small mishap that occurred on the job that Bob remedied for me quickly. Although I informed Bob that his crew needed to be extremely careful of the existing irrigation drip line and he repeatedly reminded them, one crew member inadvertently put a shovel through the drip line. Bob apologized for the mishap and made a call quickly to his trusted irrigation colleague, who came by the next morning before I left for work to repair the line.
If you're tired of spending good money on your landscape for lousy service, I highly recommend you give Bob Devoe of Twinbrook Landscaping a call today.
