Shark Window Cleaning

There was more then 2 ft snow accumulated on the roof and thick ice layer at her roof ledge. The ice bank resulted in water leaking though the windows inside the house. 
Gustav responded promptly. He assessed the job and  give us a quote for the complete work. Some of his people  cleared the snow off the roof. They were professional and cleaned up the driveway off the snow drifts from the roof. In a couple of days Gustav returned to remove the ice bank. They did an excellent of clearing the snow and the ice banks. We did not have to clean up after them. They even dug up through 6 ft of snow to reach the water faucet required for cleaning the ice bank. 

Excellent service, efficient and friendly. I have used them multiple times and will continue to count on them. Gustavo is wonderful to work with.

(not significantly lower in price but his prompt responsiveness influenced me to give SHARK the job. I was not disappointed. The owner, Gustavo, and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and did a very good job. They were courteous, wore booties over their shoes to protect my floor coverings and worked quietly and efficiently. I have now found an excellent source for window cleaning.! Thank you SHARK!

They were easy to schedule the appointment with and they showed up when they said they would. I was a little bothered that they didn't tell me about the height issue on the back side before they started the job (of the four sides only one side exceeded the height restriction). They were three quarters of the way through when they told me to complete the job is was going to be an extra $50. Although I was paying an extra $50 for the gutter guards, they left the stickers on them after they put them on - so now they are curling up and blowing off. I would have taken them off myself if I had known they weren't going to.

I called and spoke to the owner. He came to my house within an hour to give me an estimate. His first quote was much too high for the market and I named a price 25% less that I knew was a fair going rate, probably even on the high end of fair market. He accepted that and scheduled the work for a day or two later.

On the day the job was done, the owner came and personally supervised the workers. They did a very good job very efficiently, seemed well-trained and were responsive to fix any small matters I pointed out. The owner was professional and easy to deal with. It was a pleasant, no-hassle experience.

They were wonderful. Things went fantastic. They were meticulous. They were very nice to work with. They moved things so that they could get to the windows and then they replaced them. Nothing was broken. They wore booties on their feet. They were just great. I thought they were a little bit higher than the other estimates that I had got. I will use their services again in the future.
