It went terribly. After leaving my information with an assistant, I never even received a call back on the work I requested an estimate on.

Prompt, honest and hardworking. These guys were in an out as promised. Beat everyone else's quote for the same job. Very polite. I completely trust this plumber.

He is excellent. We are having a boiler put in right now. He is professional, incredibly reliable, his prices are lower than others, and we have been working with him for 2 years and have never had any problems.

We just used Salemme because our kitchen disposal broke. They were great. They called right away and came when they said they would. Their hourly rate is $110, which is lower than other plumbers we've used. The job was done quickly and perfectly, and I definitely plan to use them again.

The last time I used him, his hourly rate was $60 and the now it is $110. He was courteous and clean but I just wasn't expecting to see a charge for that amount.

I liked his promptness and his price seemed very fair. He explained things to me very well.

I had a stall shower which needed new fixtures, a tub/shower that needed new handles and a bathroom sink that needed a new faucet. Roary came on time and completed all tasks in a timely manner and was very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I purchased all of the supplies beforehand at Lowes. His rate was $100/hour which was a fair price for a good job.

I chose this service based on many positive responses. I called them on Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message and was pleased to hear a real person responding. A few minutes later the owner called me and scheduled the visit next day early morning. It was a blast. I didn't even ask for the estimate, because all previous reports gave them an A for the price. The tech came the next morning on time (and it was snowing heavily!) and it appeared that he wasn't ready for a valve problem. He expected a hose problem. So he had to drive back for a new valve. It didn't take long though and after he returned it took 10-15 min to replace the old valve and it solved the problem. Then he gave us the bill and it was the only disappointment of the whole encounter. With the cost of the parts (valve) $50, labor was estimated as $150, which seems to be way too much. Other than that everything was very good.

Great. I got an immediate return phone call and he came in two days (was not an emergency, as was an office off the side of the house). Since I have used Salemme plumbing service many times in the past, and trust them implicitly, I left the door unlocked and all the work was completed while I was out. I returned to a warm room, locked house and no trace of anyone having been there.

They came right when they said they would and completed all the above small repairs in about an hour.

It went very well. He showed up on time. I had called several Angie's List plumbers and his rate was more cost effective. His estimate for the overall job was $120-130 and the final charge was $119. He worked quickly and efficiently. Explained the features of the new 'quarter-turn' faucet and did the inside work neatly in a relatively tight space. I would definitely hire him again.

We were very happy with them and they did a great job. They finished the work in a good amount of time as well. They were on time and friendly and the price was reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone.

Very quick response and good communication with customer. Leak was repaired, old point of use hot water heater was taken out (we hadn't been using it anyway). New local shut-off valve was installed. Very nice work, very speedily done. Company does not require payment at time of work, but bills later.
