His work was excellent when he did the job but when I asked him to come finish the to do list he didn't respond to any of my communication.

We have some properties in Massachusetts and he has done a ton of work for me on two properties there where everything was built in 1916. He is not a big outfit kind of guy. He is an individual guy. He charges me $30 an hour and he does some unbelievable work. He is a master carpenter. He does not do plumbing and electrical but he is a great carpenter. I can definitely vouch for him and I would use him all day everyday if I could. I am very very high on him. Anything that I have to do in Massachusetts, he is the guy. My sense is that he is not a good businessman. I do not think that he knows how to charge or anything else.

Rick is excellent and very knowledgable. We have used him on several projects and he is willing to scope the project to your budget. He has done kitchen work, painting, woodwork and carpentry. If we could afford to have him working at our home everyday, we would.

The upstairs unit was unoccupied. The work took a couple of months. I got regular process reports and pictures as I live out of state. Rick Wiggins came up with excellent ideas during the work cycle like refinishing the floors. I didn't even know we had hard wood floors until he came up with this money saving suggestion. The work was completed in a timely professional manner. This guy is a craftsman and takes great pride in his work. You will not get a slick sales pitch just a great job for a reasonable price. After the remodel was complete this unit rented in a weekend for 67% more than before the remodel.
