Orkin

I used the online form to submit a request for a quote to rid the condo of fleas. Megan G. called back within 10 minutes on a Sunday. Megan told me about the two service plans they offered and the prices. Both plans treated the inside and the outside of the house and came with an extended warranty which I don't think I needed. When I told Megan that neither of the plans worked for me she asked me to hold for a moment. I was ready to end the call as I had inquired with competitors. She came back a few moments later and offered a plan to treat just the condo and it came with a 30 day warranty. The price was very competitive and they could come right away. If anybody knows about fleas, they get worse very quickly, so the timing was crucial. I still wasn't sure if I wanted to get the service, so I asked Megan to call me back in the afternoon so I could make up my mind. She called back exactly when I asked her to. She sold me the plan. She sent me notes on how to prepare for the exterminator. The competitors called me back on Monday afternoon. I guess they weren't that interested in my business. Megan is an excellent customer service person. She was persistent, but not pushy and very polite. As someone who routinely avoids sales people, I found her to be just right. In the end, I decided to try and rid of the fleas myself, but if I can't get rid of them this time, I will definitely call Megan back. I was so impressed by her, I wanted to write this review. My experience with Orkin's customer service was A+ Thank you Megan!

When we purchased our home 19 yrs ago, the previous owner had an Orkin termite contract which was transferable to us as new owners. We still own the contract and have inspections on a yearly basis. Orkin is a solid, reliable company and we would recommend them to others.

I would continue to use their services in future. I would recommend them.

I have used Orkin for over one year. They usually show up when they say they are going to. If you have a concern about changing things they are good with that. I do not have any issues I just use them just in case. They come to my home quarterly for service. I did not like the price so we worked with lowering that and what would be best. Punctuality, reachablity and service has been good. They have also been good if I need to reschedule an appointment even if it is the day before.

I have used other companies and I am much more satisfied with Orkin then the others.

I like Orkin a lot, they are good. I have a contract with them where they come out quarterly but they also come in between visits for no extra cost if I need them to.
