Needed 6 yards of filtered loom delivered and spread. Contacted owner through a worker up my street providing a service to another home. Called and contacted owner the week after and spoke about what I needed. Owner stopped by my house and we agreed upon the service and price of $520.00. Spoke with owner over the phone a week and a half out and he said May 15th he would have the loom delivered and spread at my address. In the meantime another person called me (a lady) from the company and she identified herslef as the account rep. She found me from my entry on the company's website where I stated that no one was getting back to me after many attempts, the service was not provided. She would speak with the owner because she could not locate an account with my name or address and she was not aware of this delivery. This is becuase I will dealing with the owner directly. In either case, I never got the dirt and no call backs! I went shopping elsewhere..... Steve
