I called to make sure he was in, then brought in the piece. He did a very nice repair. He was attentive to detail and made an effort to make the repair inconspicuous which I appreciated.

I contacted Johnny and played phone tag for a bit. Johnny was very responsive, trying me back at different times on several days. He tried very hard to make his services available at times that would be helpful. Ultimately I could not be home when he offered so he had us bring him the chairs to his workshop on a Sunday! I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
