Harbor Side Heating

The gentleman's name is Kenny Kipp. We bought a house from 1929 that had the original boiler and no central air conditioning. He took everything out and a whole new system in. The heat has been done for a bit but the air conditioner is not hooked up because it is too cold. I moved here from Atlanta. I wanted the same type of system I had, which included humidifiers, dehumidifiers and an air recirculation system. He did a lot of research to find me a system that was exactly what I wanted and had all those components in one system. That has been great. My thermostat looks like a little computer. We had to start by gutting the basement and installing duct work for 2 systems, one upstairs and one downstairs. We had to get the radiators in and more duct work. It has been a lot of work. He first did all the research. They started the major work after the basement was gutted and he had the heat up and running in about 6 weeks or less. His goal was to get me the heat. The A/C will be finished once it gets warm. We got another estimate that was $20,000 more so his price was good. I am really happy with the heating system.
