I have not hired this lawn crew, but I live across the street from three or four houses that do and every single time they come over they park their massive trucks in front of my family‘s house even though we are not getting work done by them. They also park facing the wrong direction for the side of the street that they are on and this is on a very steep hill. I have brought this up once or twice and have been completely ignored. I have also seen members of this crew blowing leaves across the street to my family‘s house instead of bagging them as they’re supposed to. I can’t believe they have you all fooled giving them five star reviews, but this is an inconsiderate ecological nightmare of a lawn crew.

Frank was recommended to us by a friend that lives nearby. His crew has been mowing our lawn, as well as our spring and fall clean ups, annual mulching and bush trimming (as needed). In terms of the lawn mowing, they come at almost the same time every week and they do a fine job (although the wooden fence in our back yard is getting some abuse from their mower and/or weed wacker). We have been unable to find other providers that come close to Frank's rates. In terms of the spring and fall clean ups, they are fairly average (we do notice some leaves, branches, left behind) but we are mostly satisfied. We've had him do our mulching the past 3 years (the first year they did the mulching, it was very high on our trees which were later told by someone else could actually kill our trees). The price for mulching was good compared to other estimates that we received. Finally, in terms of the bush trimming, it's been fine although we have been told by other providers that how they're doing the trimming is "bad"/unhealthy for the trees. Unfortunately, we just haven't had time to look elsewhere or speak to Frank directly about this issue. Frank is always very responsive if you have questions or issues and his prices are very reasonable.

He is expensive, but definitely worth it.
