Steve did a great job on the framing of the house and strengthening the beams in the basement. He takes a lot of pride in his work and makes sure he gets it done right. There were some delays along the way due to weather, availability of workers, and his schedule some weeks. We were not in a hurry to finish the job by a certain date so we didn't mind that it took a little longer. Some issues did come up during construction that had to be dealt with. We did negotiate more money from the original contract for these items. But everything was dealt with and completed. Steve built the house according to plan and made suggestions along the way to help out. He also did little things that came up along the way to get the job completed. The house passed inspection without one single issue from the City of Newton.
