We have always contacted Brian, described what we wanted and set and appointment for him to come and scope the work. Usually the appointments would be set for within a week or two from our call, and proposals submitted within a week or two later. Brian's work is excellent, complete and his work ethic and work habits completely professional -- we haven't had any other contractor or workman leave our place as clean as he does every day he is on the job. Even if he is coming back the next morning, he leaves the work site clean.
