Overall, it went well. I tried to change the date or time of the service (because of a scheduling problem on my part) , but he was unwilling, so I was not present when he actually did the work. By the time I arrived home, he was just finishing up. He showed me what he had done and explained how to use the system. The work looked good, and he didn't leave any mess. Not especially friendly, but I felt he knew what he was doing.
I assume it will all work. I'll find out for sure when it snows!

He does great work for a reasonable price. He charges $65.00 an hour. He does all the work himself. I would highly recommend him
