Very expensive for basic service.

Pretty quick fixes on both.  Paul replaced some electrical on the viking oven and he replaced the lid locks on the dishwasher. I was happy that he had everything he needed on hand, especially since the dishwasher wasn't on his agenda!  Paul gave me some additional information about how to keep my dishwasher running smoothly. He was very knowledgeable about both appliances and was patient to listen and answer all my questions.

Turned out to be a bad unit so it will be replaced, but services by Vesco were great.

Perfect repair.  Paul knew what he was doing.  Worked quickly but thoroughly.  Even provided advice on some shortcuts to use to overcome potential problems in the future.  Came at the time promised, had the required parts, had other parts that turned out to need replacement.  Couldn't be better.

Vesco was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly. They arrived within the  time frame given and quickly diagnosed the problem.
A part had to be ordered so we to wait a couple of weeks to get the final repair. Once again they were able to schedule the appointment within a few days and arrived on time.
The part was quickly replaced and the dishwasher tested.
The technician was professional and personable and explained everything he was doing to me.

George came on time, was very pleasant, fixed the machine, and taught me how to do it next time that the drain gets clogged. A very good experience.

I was not impressed with the work performed or the delays. 

• - It took unexpectedly long to get the work scheduled and completed. 
• - they tell you parts are arriving express or overnight, but it seems to take weeks (2-5) to arrive?
• - the tech broke other parts during the LCD service, so we needed ANOTHER appointment to fix that... 
• - the replaced part (second attempt) was not fully installed.... I had to grab tools and finish the job myself
• - the replacement inner door cover was installed MONTHS later and he left trash behind (packaging and old part)

MAYBE scheduling was slower since the work was Asko warranty rather than a regular paid repair, but I was not pleased with how long they took, nor with how well the jobs were completed. 

While this was not a cheap repair, I chalk that up to my finicky dishwasher, not this repair organization.  If you go with Vesco, ask for George to be your repairman. He has been doing this work for thirty-three years, and he approaches it like a craftsman. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my Fisher-Paykel dishwasher, and he gave me detailed instructions on how to better operate the machine in order to avoid problems in the future. He was on time, and he did a fantasitc job.  My neighbor upstairs was also having problems with the same make and model dishwasher. George took a look and was able to find a workaround for him- he paid $0!  So this is not an organization that makes up things to do so they can charge.
