Rent This Dumpster

This review is about the angielist process. The company may be very good, I will never know. After many emails I gave up. Thd angie list process was so cumbersome I gave up and went with a company i could call directly. Will not use sngies list again to try to contact a company. Will use only as a search engine.

Great, 2 week rental period was plenty of time to do the clean up. Everything was right on time. Mark, the driver for Rent this dumpster, was very prompt, helpful and professional. Sara, the customer service rep, was very knowledgeable in providing all the info I needed in the process. Thanks to the team!!

Delivered late in the day on the day requested, which was OK since we were not going to start filling it until the next day. Not a problem for us but good to know if others plan differently. There was a mixup with scheduling the pick up so the dumpster stayed a bit longer. Anthony was good about straightening that out. We now have a clean basement and garage ;)

It was delivered early on the day promised. The Driver was professional and concerned that the dumpster was placed where I wanted it and that it was placed how it wouldn't damage the driveway. I was called three days before the dumpster was scheduled to be picked up to make sure I didn't need it longer.

Rent a dumpster was able to schedule a morning appointment 3 days after my initial call. The basement floor had not been seen in decades by my best estimation and is not easily accessed. The two representatives who showed up to perform the work were professional, came up with a plan of attack quickly, and through. In about an hour, I had an empty basement and a very big smile. I will absolutely use these guys again as their prices were reasonable but the customer service was awesome.

Offered $25 credit on bill but have not received that.

I needed a dumpster as I was emptying out a two car garage and a shed. Their web site provided enough information to make an easy decision. The staff from Rent This Dumpster were really easy to deal with and the price was exactly what I expected. They delivered the dumpster on time on the day promised. They place it perfectly in the back driveway in the exact spot I asked them to put it so it would be easy to load. The driver place wood under the dumpster skids to protect the driveway. Nice attention to detail here. The condition of the dumpster went beyond my expectations. Typically these are in bad shape. This one was clean and easy to open. I would definitely recommend this company again. From the office staff to the delivery crew, the service was excellent. The care they took in scheduling and placement of a clean dumpster exactly where I needed it reflects the professionalism of this company. If I need another dumpster, I will rent from “Rent This Dumpster” again.

The dumpster arrived when promised. The condition of the dumpsters are exceptional. Seems trivial but I think it reflects the professionalism of this company. I have rented from other companies and the dumpsters are falling apart, rusty and actually dangerous. I will rent from this company again.

All well. Small issue with delivery initially but their customer service dept stepped up in a big way and handled. All went great.

These guys were great! I might add that this is the Fourth time I've had them out. They worked together to maximize the amount of time to get everything removed...one guy worked on getting a huge Entertainment Center demolished while the other worked on the garage and basement. Efficient fast work. Minimize mess and time. Great people to work with - always pleasant. Will plan on using again...very highly recommend. If you have Junk to be removed, hire them now!

Perfect. They laid out how it's going to go, the cost structure, and then went straight to work. Fast, efficient, and took everything as asked. From customer service to junk removal team, personable, professional and just a great company to do business with all around. If you need junk removal, then these folks should be the first one you call!

Excellent. Very good company to deal with. The woman in the office was very responsive and professional. They delivered the dumpster when the said they would and when I called for it to be picked up they were at my home the next morning to pick it up. Very good company. I highly recommend them.

I needed a dumpster as I prepared to move. This company was super easy to deal with and the price was exactly what I expected. They delivered the dumpster on time on the day of delivery and were there to pick it up without a reminder from me. I love that. They place it perfectly in the yard so that it wasn't in the way of the driveway and where it was easy to load. I would definitely recommend this company for short-term dumpster rentals.

They did not provide service to the Cranston, RI area, so they refunded my money.

Great they placed dumpster in the right place at the right time

They did a great job. They hauled away all of the construction debris that I held in a bagster, as well as sweeping the driveway when finished.

They got there on time, between 10 and 10:30. They showed up with 2 trucks and 3 guys, they were supposed to come with 1 truck and 2 guys. When I went to the site to check in with my project manager, they said they had already taken one truck load and they had another that was already part way full, I asked them to take some furniture as well. They had borrowed my tools, i told them what they could take and what to leave. The men made a pile to sell scrap medal. The company needed to call for the credit card to charge the account, and I asked about the coupon and was assured that Krystal would handle it. I asked for the total, he said 1,790. I was previously told it would be 590. He said the charge was for the extra truck and man which I did not ask for or approve. I only told them to do what they could with that load. Krystal was absolutely nasty with me. She was condescending and used vulgar language. She repeatedly asked for my credit card and code and gave no apology. She and her boss were willing to lower the price to 1092. The additions were never approved with me and I told them they could just drop it all back off but I do not want to pay it. In the end I ended up paying to get out of the situation. I asked for an invoice and have yet to receive it.
