Everything went very well. Dan and his wife Eileen were very helpful. They guided us through the whole renovation. Their staff were very professional and courteous. A very nice bunch of guys. I would recommend Quinlan & Company to handle whatever job you need done. Am looking forward to working with them again.

Excellent. Two installers arrived right on time. Very professional and courteous. Covered my floor and work area with drop cloth. cut tile in my garage and cleaned when finished. After completion of excellent Installation of tile they cleaned tile, counters and floor. I was very impressed with their work and would use this company again as well as highly recommend to others.

It was done with perfection, every day the work area was left spotless. We had no complaints during the entire process.

Dan came out to look at our master bath for remodel project. A labor quote was given. The other two quotes we got had labor and materials (including bath fixtures, shower glass, tile, etc). When another quote came in for $2K less (when you add in all the previously mentioned "materials" to Dan's labor quote), I asked Quinlan if anything could be done with their estimate. I asked them because Dan's worked looked good in the pictures I saw online and we would have liked to work with them. They told me they couldn't change the estimate, but suggested we go to another tile place that they use that gives them a discount. So two Saturdays in a row, we go to tile places they use and also to their cabinet maker to discuss our vanity. Then today they tell me they can't do our project, because Dan has another large remodel job. We had always said that we were very flexible on when our project needed to be done, so I know this isn't the real reason. I firmly believe once I mentioned another quote, this turned them off from us and is the real reason they cut ties with us. Thank you Eileen and Dan for wasting our past two Saturdays for absolutely no reason. Like I told them, they are just acting like typical contractors. EDIT: this should be under Bathroom Remodel. Don't know how it ended up under Ceramic Tile.

I couldn't be happier, the backsplash looks beautiful and really completes the look of the kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to us Dan and his team again. They are very proactive in getting back to you answering all of our questions. They also were able to complete our job a week early which was fantastic.

Excellent to work With.

Contractor/estimator contacted us the next day after receipt of our initial e-mail. Appointment for estimate was made for the following week. The day prior to scheduled appointment, contractor e-mailed stating he had a personal conflict and requested to reschedule. Second appointment was scheduled. Day of appointment, contractor called stating he was running late on a job and wanted to reschedule to the following week. This time, we said no, don't bother. He followed with texts and phone calls, to which we responded no again. We have since received two other estimates - outside of Angie's List - and will be going with one of those contractors for the work.

We highly recommend Dan Quinlan Tile. From the start to finish, they were very professional. We received a written quote and had several conversations before deciding on them. They replaced the kitchen vinyl floor with porcelain tile and added a new marble backsplash. They were supportive and made suggestions in our tile selections and even accomodated a last minute design change. They returned calls promptly and showed up when they said they would. The work they did was top notch and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

It went beautifully. Dan Quinlan (a friendly, yet professional man) did all the measurements and told us how much tile and grout to get. His crew was very nice and completed the job in one full day.

Dan provided us with a competitive estimate and he was also more willing than other general contractors to discuss options for our bathroom upgrade during the consultation. This was very helpful for us in determining the scope of the work. Dan has a background in tiling, so he was able to do all of that work himself. The project started out on time, but we lost power for 4 days at our house at the beginning of week 2. We were able to secure a working generator after a day or two, but the interruption threw off the schedule a bit (particularly in getting subs and the building inspector in, if memory serves correctly). Dan did his absolute best to minimize the interruption. The finished product is wonderful - by far the nicest room in our house! Dan and his crew were very pleasant and professional, which is not to be underestimated when they're spending a few weeks in a home with small children who want to and quot;help.and quot; His painter even gave a great recommendation on what product to use for an unrelated painting project at our house. The project came in on budget and we couldn't be more pleased.
