Ok. The salesperson was a bit pushy and dismissed the changes I wanted saying that certain things were " standard" other places I checked out were more responsive and agreed with suggested changes. We were always rushed by him and the price was a lot more than what we were originally quoted. The delivery people and the installer were fantastic. We feel the salesperson (Art) only cared about the sale and not our needs.

Overall the job was fine, but they made some measuring mistakes and left me a problem with an outlet and never informed me about it, and it cost additional money for it to be fixed by someone else

They are so professional and knowledgeable.  Ryan Wood is awesome.

After going through a few cabinet dealers who did not want to be bothered measuring or designing and only wanted to make an immediate sale, we were referred by a friend to Kitchen Sales which, by the way, is in West Bridgewater, not Easton (same street address). We were rather overwhelmed by the prospect of a complete kitchen renovation, but Ryan Wood, the salesman/designer, walked us through the whole process. He came to our house twice to measure and design, and had many great ideas we had not thought of. He was able to make maximum use of our small kitchen space. Kitchen Sales does not install, but recommends a contractor as well as a countertop store and appliance store. We used the first two, and were very pleased with both. All in all, a most pleasant experience. Ryan managed to make a confusing time less so. The showroom has a large selection of cabinetry. The only complaints we have are minor. We never received a call that the cabinets were in and waited seven weeks before calling ourselves and finding they were indeed there, we have no idea for how long. We were given the warehouse number to call, and again, no callback. The contractor, however, took care of arranging delivery. One of the cabinets was a bit taller than its opposing cabinet, but our contractor easily took care of that too. We are pleased with the finished product and would strongly recommend Kitchen Sales.

Installer was a pro. Showed up on time, amazingly fast and efficient. Kitchen looks great. Will use again.

They were fine. They were helpful in choosing a product. The delivery was right on time, as well.

The transaction went smoothly as always. I purchased my kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Sales and was very happy with the quality and the installation so when it came time for the bathroom re-do, I naturally went to them. You don't argue with success. The bathroom experience was equal to the kitchen experience.

These guys are great; friendly, polite, professional and they do a great job. I'd recommend Kitchen Sales to anyone.

I am very happy with their service. Arthur Greenlaw has been my contact person at Kitchen Sales and he is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful. He assigned the Project Manager, Justin, to manage the job.
Justin keeps in touch with me - calls, texts, and email - so I know the plan.
He started the job exactly when he said he would. It is still in progress but i am very satisfied.

Delivery was exceptional. However, hired a contractor to complete work on kitchen and bathroom. Price off the wall.

They are currently doing work for my neighbor; my neighbor really liked their work. I had a very good experience with them. They did whatever I wanted them to do. They were very dependable and easily accessible. They were very good. The workmen were great. It was a very positive experience. Their price was very reasonable for what I got.

Our overall experience was excellent with Kitchen Sales. We went to KS based on a recommendation from a friend. We were immediately impressed with the large selection which included many styles and price ranges. We were looking for basic shaker style cabinets with simple finishes. KS had several options of cabinets in or around our price range and we were happy with the price we paid. We are equally happy with the quality of the cabinets. The doors are solid and the finish is beautiful. As I said, they are basic, but they look fantastic in our kitchen and we get compliments all the time.

Our initial visits were not as smooth as we would have liked. Our first visit, we never ended up getting to speak with a salesperson as they were very busy that Saturday afternoon. After looking around for an hour, we waited 45mins to talk with someone, but gave up when no one was available. This was just unfortunate timing as far as we were concerned, so we left to come back the next week. Next week, we started working with one salesman who took our information and was quite helpful with many good ideas/suggestions. He said he was going to mail us the plan and estimate within the next week. He explained that he would be away for a couple months during the time we anticipated doing our renovation, so he said he would set us up with another salesperson who would take care of us after he handled the intitial estimate. Unfortunately, we never heard from him, so after a couple weeks called back and explained our situation. All of our information was there, but somehow we were lost during transition from salesperon to salesperson. If we hadn't run into these initial issues, I would have rated responsiveness as A.

Chris A. took over as our contact and all went etremently smooth from there. He was very responsive and had great advice as we were playing around with the plan. Chris was very professional and a real pleasure to work with.

The cabinets were delivered right on time. The contractor who KS set up us with to install the cabinets was also right on time and was worth every penny. He installed the cabinets in less than 2 days and left the kitchen cleaned up.

We were extremely please with KS overall and would have given A ratings across the board were it not for the initial issues we had. We highly recommend KS.

From the moment I entered show room until the final bolt was placed in the wall I felt like a valued customer. Mike and his peers were knowledgable, professional and attentive. The installer who came to install the cabinets was a perfectionist and did a wonderful job installing. All the trash was broken down and wrapped for removal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
