Custom Painting is owned and operated by Michael Bair. We live in a large tudor home built in 1927 and needed the exterior painted. Michael came out to inspect the house within 24 hours of our call. He gave us a reasonable estimate and started the job at the promised time. He and his crew performed every service we requested and did a superlative job. He also pointed out areas of the exterior that needed repair. We were delighted with this feedbck as we are particular about maintaining the house in tip-top condition. We agreed to these repairs, and his crew performed them. His pricing for these "extras" was more than reasonable. He did not take advantage of us.The house needed a lot of scraping as there were many areas where the paint was peeling. The preparation for the paint job took as much or more time as the actual painting.  Weather permitting, he and his crew showed up every day. There were no lapses in service to work on other jobs simultaneously. He was responsive to any questions we posed and any additional work we requested. He used quality materials. He and his crew were always respectful and honest  and most conscientious. We have lived in this house for 26 years and have had it painted several times. Michael's work was far superior to any previous paint jobs.
